Customizable Comments

Like the search lists, the comments are fully customizable. It’s as simple as opening up the comment file and changing the wording. No complicated forms or elaborate user interface, just a table in a Word document. Once the changes are saved, the comments automatically reload and you can use them right away. Feel free to change the URLs, too, directing students to your favorite websites, handouts, or other resources.

Compatability

Because students and instructors have the same powerful scanning tools, instructors can tell students which scans and search lists to use on Alchemist before turning in assignments. This way, instructors can ensure students are using the right tools to improve their writing. Instructors can also share their custom search lists with students, guaranteeing use of specific vocabulary or spelling of proper nouns.
